Our founding team built and shipped production voice AI in one of the most regulated industries in the country, including the first voice AI agent approved by Institutional Review Boards, with campaigns spanning tens of thousands of calls.

The role

Forward Deployed Engineers are the company. You will embed with our customers, start from their hardest calls, and carry voice agents from prototype to production. You own the full loop: conversation design, pipeline orchestration, evaluation, latency, observability, and the outcome itself.

What you will do

• Embed with customer teams and ship production voice agents in weeks, not quarters.
• Build and tune real-time conversation pipelines (STT, LLM, TTS) to sub second turns.
• Design scenario and adversarial evaluation suites, and gate releases on them.
• Instrument everything: latency budgets, call quality, audit trails, monitoring.
• Work directly with customer stakeholders, from engineers to executives.
• Feed what you learn in the field back into our platform and playbooks.

What we look for

• 5+ years building production software; strong TypeScript and/or Python.
• Experience with LLM systems in production; real-time or voice experience is a strong plus.
• A bias to ship and comfort with ambiguity, on-site work, and owning outcomes.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• US work authorization.
